How to delete your Koi Club account and data
You’re always in control of your information. If you’d like to delete your Koi Club account and personal data, simply follow these steps in the app:
- Open the Koi Club app and log in
- Go to Account, Settings
- Select Delete My Account and follow the prompts
Once confirmed, your personal data will be securely and permanently removed from our systems, in line with our data retention and privacy obligations.
About data deletion
We only keep personal information for as long as it’s needed for business, legal, or regulatory purposes. When data is no longer required, or when you request deletion, it is securely destroyed so it cannot be recovered.
In some cases, certain information may need to be retained for legal reasons (such as financial or regulatory requirements). Where this applies, the data will be securely stored and only kept for the required period.
