Eligible Entrant

Citizens and permanent residents of Australia who have a registered Sushi Sushi Koi Club account during the Entry Period. Entrants must be at least 18 years old.

Maximum Entries

Multiple entries are permitted. Each eligible purchase of a participating Pepsi 600ml product and scan of a Koi Club membership barcode at the time of purchase constitutes one (1) entry.

Prize Claim Period

Winner must claim their Prize within thirty (30) days of notification.

Method of Entry

To enter the Promotion, an Eligible Entrant must, during the Entry Period:

purchase any participating Pepsi 600ml product at a participating Sushi Sushi store; and scan their registered Koi Club membership barcode at the time of purchase.

Each qualifying transaction constitutes one (1) entry into the Promotion. Multiple entries are permitted.

Prize Pool Value

$920.00 AUD (inclusive of GST).

Prize Determination Details

This is a game of chance.

The weekly prize draws will be conducted by random electronic draw from all valid entries received up to the applicable weekly draw date.

Weekly draws will take place at Level 2, 545 Blackburn Road, Mount Waverley, Victoria 3149 at 12:00 pm AEST on:

Monday, 17 August 2026;

Monday, 24 August 2026; and

Monday, 31 August 2026.

The major prize draw will take place at Level 2, 545 Blackburn Road, Mount Waverley, Victoria 3149 at 12:00 pm AEST on Monday, 7 September 2026.

All valid entries received during the Entry Period will be entered into each weekly prize draw until they win a weekly prize or the Entry Period ends. Entrants who win a weekly prize will not be eligible to win any subsequent weekly prize draws but will remain eligible for the major prize draw. All valid entries will be entered into the major prize draw.

Winner Notification

Winners will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the relevant draw.

The first name and the first letter of the surname of Winners will be published on www.sushisushi.com.au and/or Sushi Sushi social media channels within fourteen (14) days of the relevant draw and will remain published for at least twenty-eight (28) days.

COMPETITION

Sushi Sushi Pepsi Competition (Competition) is run by the Promoter on these terms and conditions, including the details contained in the table above (Terms).

By entering the Competition, you (the Entrant)agree to be bound by these Terms.

ENTRIES

Entry is open only to Eligible Residents who satisfy the Method of Entry during the Entry Period (Valid Entrant) whose entry, as a result, is a Valid Entry.

The ‘Koi Club’ refers to the official Sushi Sushi membership mobile application owned by the Promoter and operated by the Promoter and/or a third-party provider (Koi Club).

Each qualifying purchase of a Pepsi 600ml product and scan of a registered Koi Club membership barcode in accordance with the Method of Entry constitutes one (1) entry into the Competition. Multiple entries are permitted.

The Promotion is available at selected Sushi Sushi stores only.

The directors, management and employees (and their immediate family members) of the Promoter, its related entities, related bodies corporate or franchisees are ineligible to enter.

The Promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of Valid Entries and Entrant details (including identity and age). If an Entrant cannot provide suitable proof, the Entrant will forfeit the Prize in whole.

PRIZE

The Prize and total Prize Pool Value are specified in the above table. This amount has been calculated based on the value of the item that constitutes the Prize and the Prize Pool Value.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications and the Entrant must seek their own advice about the tax implications relating to the Prize or acceptance of the Prize.

No part of the Prize is exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Prize are not included (including travel to a Sushi Sushi store).

The Promoter reserved its right to add, withdraw, reschedule or substitute the Prize without notice.

Any prize that constitutes a voucher, gift card, credit, debit card, pass or ticket are subject to their prevailing terms and conditions of use, including expiry dates, and are not replaceable if lost, stolen or damaged. Any unused balance of a voucher, credit, gift card, debit card, pass or ticket will not be awarded as cash.

PRIZE DETERMINATION

The weekly prize winners and the major prize winner will be selected by random electronic draw from all valid entries received during the applicable draw period. Chance plays the sole role in determining the winners.

FURTHER DETERMINATION

If a Prize is unclaimed within thirty (30) days of notification, the Promoter may conduct a redraw from the remaining valid entries.

All reasonable steps to notify the Winner of the results of the Prize Determination will be taken by the Promoter.

PRIVACY

Entry into the Competition requires Entrants to be registered members of the Sushi Sushi Koi Club. The Promoter may collect and use personal information associated with the Entrant’s Koi Club account and qualifying transactions for the purposes of administering the Competition, verifying eligibility, contacting winners and facilitating Prize fulfilment. The Promoter collects and handles this information in accordance with its Privacy Policy available at https://www.sushisushi.com.au/privacy.

Where an Entrant has opted in to receive marketing communications, their personal information may also be used by the Promoter to send promotional and marketing materials. Entrants may opt out of receiving such communications at any time.

Entrants acknowledge that the winner’s name (first name and surname initial) may be published on the Sushi Sushi social media channels, website and other promotional materials, as required or permitted by law.

LIABILITY & WARRANTIES

To the extent permitted by law, the Competition is provided on an “as is” basis, without any warranties, express or implied. Neither the Promoter nor its affiliates make any representation about the completeness, security, reliability, quality, or availability of the Competition.

To the extent permitted by law, neither the Promoter nor its affiliates will be liable for damages of any kind (including under contract, tort or negligence), arising out of or in connection with the Competition or Prizes, including any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages (including personal injury, emotional distress, loss of revenue or profits, loss of use or goodwill, loss of data), even if such loss was foreseeable.

It is a condition of accepting a Prize that an Entrant may be required to sign a release as determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion prior to receiving a Prize.

Nothing in these Terms restricts, excludes or modifies, or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law, including the Competition & Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

If the Competition is conducted or promoted via a social media site or third-party media channel, the Entrant acknowledges that the competition is not sponsored or endorsed or administered by that site or channel. The Entrant releases the site or channel from all liability arising in respect of the Competition, to the extent permitted by law.

General

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, stop, postpone or suspend the Competition at any time if an unforeseen incident occurs, which affects, or has the potential to affect, the safety, integrity or fairness of the Competition, or if the Competition is otherwise not able to be run as planned (including computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, or other technical failure or withdrawal by a Sponsor).

The Promoter reserves the right to change these Terms, or otherwise modify the Competition, at any time without prior notice in its sole discretion.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria. If any of these Terms are or become invalid, the relevant part is severed and does not affect the validity of the remaining parts.

The Promoter does not waive a right if it fails to or there is a delay in exercising it.

If there is a dispute about the conduct of the Competition (including the identity of a winner) the decision of the Promoter is final and binding on each Entrant and no correspondence will be entered into.

Any costs associated with entry in the Promotion are the responsibility of the Entrant.
